I've tried responding to many of your post and it wont go through. I was having the same problem on my blog and learned that it is due to the response setting style. (I had googled the issue.) I guess it is an issue that blogger has been having. You need to change your response setting so that it is in a pop up box or the such, anything other than the in text mode.
(Solitary diner, I'm specifically looking at you!- I want your polenta recipe!)

So ridiculously easy to make, and very tasty. I think there are dishes other than the chicken that it might go better with, but I can't quite figure out what they'd be. Maybe braised lamb? Osso bucco?
I'm clearly in medicine, as I was very puzzled by the relationship between your post and prostate-specific antigen when I first read the title.
It worked! Thanks for the comment. Hope you enjoy the polenta. I think it might be good with some sort of flavoured cream cheese (herb and garlic?) or with chicken/vegetable stock in place of the water. Endless possibilities!
